Post Construction Clean:

• All cabinets, interior, exterior and tops cleaned.

• Surface areas cleaned.

• Mirrors are cleaned and free of streaks.

• Toilets, bathtubs, showers, and bathroom sinks scrubbed and detailed.

• Light fixtures wiped down.

• Light switches and electrical outlets wipes and free of debris.

• All vinyl, wood, laminate, and tile floors are vacuumed and mopped.

• All film is removed off fireplace face and wiped off.

• All protective film is removed off alliances and then wiped down.

• Stickers on windows  will be removed and windows cleaned, Inside and out if safely accessable.

• Excess drywall is removed on vinyl perimeter of windows.

• Window and slider tracks are vacuumed  and cleaned of debris.

• Baseboards vacummed and wiped clean.

• Closet shelves wiped  clean.

• Carpet is vacuumed twice.

• Presser washing driveway, patio, walkway, and garage.

• Spot clean capet.

• Excess paint removal.
